Brief information and benefits of TWRP recovery
TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) is an open source community development project. Flashing TWRP allows your device to install any firmware, boot your smartphone, modify zip files for settings, Xposed modules for settings, one-click root processes and provisioning processes. You can also make a full backup of Nandroid and restore it later, flash the image file with one click, remove bloatware, overclock and underclock. With TWRP, you can easily delete, cache, and clear data after flashing an image file to reflect changes and correct minor errors caused by caching.
To install the TWRP, your Samsung Galaxy J5 LTE (2016) SM-J500F/FN/MN/GN phone must have an unlocked bootloader. This means that you must first unlock the bootloader to install the device root, and to do any configuration.

Steps to flash/install TWRP 3.5.0 on Samsung Galaxy J5 LTE (2016) SM-J500F/FN/MN/GN Android 10 One UI 2.0
Step one: Suppose you have already downloaded the latest Odin and TWRP recovery for your device from the example area above. If the latest version of Odin does not work on your device or if you are experiencing problems, simply download the correct version of Odin.
Step two: Make sure you have already downloaded TWRP Recovery for your Samsung device. Then unzip the compressed Odin file on your computer and install the latest Samsung USB drivers on your computer.
Step three: Once the device is turned off, simultaneously press the Power+Volume Down+Home buttons and the device will enter the boot mode. If this key combination does not work for your device, search Google for this key combination for your device.
Step four. Now connect your Samsung device to your computer using a USB cable. Next, navigate to the folder where the Odin files were extracted and right-click on the Odin executable, then click Run as Administrator.
Step Five: The interface should show something like ID:COM below, and check the interface below carefully.
Step six: Note the ID:COM and the empty field below it, which turns blue once the device has been detected. The device should be detected if the correct drivers are installed on the computer.
ALWAYS pay attention to how you install the X18 Plus MT6750T root and TWRP recovery.
Step seven: Then just click on AP, go to the firmware archive, find the .tar.md5 file and select it after clicking on AP.
Message: There is a PIT zone in the re area. Do not place a file in the PIT section and make sure repartitioning is not enabled. Check the box and place a check next to Auto-restart and F. Reset Time.
Step 8 : Once the TWRP (.img) file is uploaded to the AP field, the flash or installation process can begin. Be careful not to touch the USB cable while it is flashing.
Step 9 : If all goes well, you will see a green PASS or RESET message at the end, indicating that the TWRP firmware process has been successfully completed for your device and it now has a TWRP recovery feature. At this point the device will automatically reboot, don’t panic, that’s normal. You can now disconnect the device from the computer.
